Client is an international industrial organization operating across global markets. Client utilizes integrated financial management solutions to support finance processes, operational efficiency and consistent financial reporting across its business operations.


Case
Client is seeking an experienced Finance Solutions Consultant to design, implement, maintain and continuously improve end-to-end finance solutions. The candidate will ensure that financial systems support business requirements, integrate effectively and remain aligned with the organization’s global template.

The candidate will be responsible for:
1. Business requirements analysis: Collaborating with finance stakeholders and business teams to identify, analyze and document financial process requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
2. Solution design and implementation: Supporting the complete lifecycle of finance solutions, including initial planning, development coordination, implementation, ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing functionality.
3. Finance systems integration: Ensuring effective integration and interoperability between enterprise resource planning systems, travel and expense management applications and financial consolidation platforms.
4. Global template management: Supporting the development, maintenance and governance of standardized global finance solution templates to ensure consistent financial processes and operational efficiency across international business units.
5. Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities to optimize financial solution functionality, improve system performance, enhance process efficiency and address changing business requirements.
6. Documentation management: Creating and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation, including functional designs, system configurations, operational procedures and user guidance materials.
7. End-user training and support: Supporting the preparation and delivery of training activities to help finance teams understand and effectively utilize implemented solutions.
8. Compliance and governance: Ensuring financial solutions and associated processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.

1. Finance solutions expertise: Demonstrated professional experience working with enterprise finance solutions, including their design, implementation, configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement.
2. Financial business process knowledge: Strong understanding of finance-related business processes and the ability to translate operational and financial requirements into practical system functionality.
3. ERP systems experience: Proven experience working with enterprise resource planning solutions and understanding their role in supporting integrated financial operations.
4. Travel Expense Management expertise: Practical experience with travel and expense management systems, including their integration with broader enterprise finance environments.
5. Financial consolidation systems: Experience working with financial consolidation applications and understanding their interaction with other finance solutions.
6. Functional analysis and solution design: Ability to gather business requirements, analyze functional needs, prepare detailed specifications and contribute to solution architecture and implementation decisions.
7. Finance systems integration: Understanding of integration requirements between different financial applications, ensuring reliable information exchange and consistent business processes.
8. Solution lifecycle management: Experience supporting enterprise applications throughout planning, development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
9. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify functional challenges, investigate underlying causes and develop effective solutions.
10. Finance software proficiency: Competence in using financial software applications and supporting tools relevant to enterprise financial management.
11. Global template alignment: Ability to work with standardized global solution templates, maintaining process consistency while addressing business requirements.
12. Documentation and training: Capability to maintain functional documentation, configuration records and user guides while supporting end-user training activities.
13. Compliance awareness: Ability to ensure finance solutions comply with relevant regulations, established standards and applicable best practices.
14. International collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in a global business environment.
15. Communication skills: Strong communication capabilities, including the ability to explain functional requirements and coordinate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
16. English language proficiency: Ability to communicate professionally in English within an international working environment.
17. Adaptability: Ability to respond to changing priorities and business requirements while maintaining solution quality and delivery effectiveness.
18. Travel availability: Willingness and ability to travel as required for project activities and stakeholder collaboration.

Furthermore:
- Hybrid working arrangement with travel required.
