Finance Specialist (Hotel Development Projects)

Your day to day

• Manage the finances of hotel development and renovation projects in Italy, Romania and Switzerland. This includes checking invoices against contracts and budgets, preparing payments and tracking costs.
  
• Prepare loan drawdown packages and the reports banks require.
  
• Prepare budget-vs-actual and cash flow reports for management and shareholders.
  
• Act as the main contact for local accounting firms, resolving questions on documents, payments and how transactions are recorded.
  
• Work with tax advisors, contractors and project managers.
  
• Help improve and automate the group’s finance processes.
  

What we expect from you

• A university degree in finance, economics or accounting.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or audit. Experience at a Big Four firm or in real estate or construction projects is a plus.
  
• Fluent written and spoken English.
  
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  
• The ability to work independently and accurately, and to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
