Finance Superintendent

Role Purpose
Lead Finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with company policies, IFRS, SOX, and local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Business Analysis teams.

• Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting and financial analysis.

• Monitor budgets, costs, and operational performance; provide financial advice to management.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, internal controls, and local tax requirements.

• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and tax authorities.

• Partner with Mine Site Operations to strengthen cost control and financial management.

• Drive continuous improvement and support Finance team development.

• Report to Zijin HQ.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance experience.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and auditing.

• Experience with financial and payroll systems.

• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.

• Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
