As our Finance Systems Administrator, you’ll play a key part in delivering a robust, efficient, and well-controlled finance systems environment that supports Super Group’s global finance operations. You'll get hands-on with maintaining and supporting key financial software applications, administering finance systems including MS Dynamics NAV, FloQast, IBM TM1 Cognos and Workiva, automating and enhancing finance processes, enforcing financial controls, partnering with global Finance teams to understand business requirements, and collaborating with internal Development teams and software partners to deliver effective system solutions. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

  • Collaboration between the IT and Finance departments as well as third parties to complete both daily responsibilities and project related work
  • Maintain daily financial systems and implement system changes. Examples of these would be, but not limited to maintenance of GL structures, system refresh of reporting data, month end system closure procedures
  • Update and maintain alignment of trial balance, dimensions and posting groups across the group
  • Map of dimensions in TM1
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly checks
  • Assist the Reporting Team with monthly reports
  • Serve as a department contact for system issues and queries
  • Troubleshoot systems issues as necessary and escalate items appropriately
  • Coordinate, test, assess, and assist in the deployment of new functions and features for Finance applications
  • Assist and support the Finance team with monthly close processes/ procedures; prioritize requests that support the reconciliation, facilitate ad hoc reports, etc.
  • Identify and provide new technologies and enhancements that streamline processes and promote process efficiencies
  • Develop and maintain user procedure documentation
  • Prioritize, coordinate, and organize work to meet deadlines
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

You’re someone who brings:

  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work
  • Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments
  • 2-3 years of experience in a systems administrator or business role ideally with a finance focus.
  • Ability for strategic thinking, with robust creative problem solving and inquisitive skills.
  • Able to train financial application users on new tools and changes to existing tools.
  • Business Administration or related qualification.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
  • Hands-on experience with business and financial software preferred. MS Dynamics NAV or BC, TM1 Cognos, Floqast and Workiva are a plus.
  • Familiarity with SOX Compliance a plus.
