As our Finance Systems & Process Manager Scandinavia, you will take a key role in developing the connection between Finance and IT across Norway, Sweden and Denmark. You will have the opportunity to turn complex, person-dependent activities into structured, repeatable and technology-enabled processes – helping us work smarter as we continue to grow.

This is a role for someone who combines a strong understanding of Finance with systems thinking, process improvement and project leadership. You will work across Finance, Accounting, IT and Operations and have a real opportunity to influence how we use systems, data, automation and governance throughout our Scandinavian organization.

📈 What will you do?

Own and develop our Finance systems

You will take ownership of the Finance systems and ERP improvement roadmap across Scandinavia and become a key Finance stakeholder in system development.

You will:

• Translate Finance and business needs into clear system requirements and practical solutions.

• Drive ERP enhancements, integrations and other Finance-related system improvements.

• Support system implementations, upgrades and transitions.

• Maintain and prioritize a roadmap that ensures our Finance systems remain scalable, efficient and fit for purpose.

Build a strong bridge between Finance and IT

You will create structure around how Finance-related IT needs are identified, prioritized and delivered.

You will establish and maintain governance that creates clear ownership and accountability, while coordinating priorities, dependencies, issues and improvement initiatives across Finance, IT, Accounting and Operations.

Your work will help ensure that important issues do not disappear between functions – and that everyone understands what needs to happen, who owns it and when it will be delivered.

Turn knowledge into scalable processes

A major part of your role will be to make our ways of working less dependent on individual knowledge.

You will develop and maintain process libraries, templates, standards, decision logs, checklists and other documentation that make Finance processes easier to understand, execute and improve.

Where it makes sense, you will standardize processes across Norway, Sweden and Denmark and help establish sustainable ways of working that can support continued growth.

Create repeatable playbooks for acquisitions and new openings

As our organization develops, restaurant acquisitions and new openings need to be supported by reliable and repeatable Finance processes.

You will develop and continuously improve standardized playbooks covering Finance-related activities such as system setup, master data, reporting structures, banking and accounting requirements.

You will coordinate these activities with relevant stakeholders and use post-implementation reviews to make each future acquisition or opening even more efficient.

Drive automation, data quality and better reporting

You will actively identify manual or inefficient processes that can be simplified, redesigned or automated.

Together with Finance, Accounting, IT and other stakeholders, you will improve system controls and data quality, support dashboards and management reporting solutions, and make financial and operational information more accessible and useful.

The goal is clear: less manual work, stronger controls and better information for decision-making.

Lead Finance transformation projects

You will lead cross-functional systems and process improvement initiatives from idea to implementation.

This means taking ownership of scope, milestones and deliverables as well as coordinating testing, training, communication and user adoption.

You will also contribute to broader Finance transformation initiatives across Scandinavia, including reconciliation transformation and the implementation of best-practice ways of working.

🧠 Who are we looking for?

You are likely to succeed in this role if you understand both the language of Finance and systems.

You know how Finance and Accounting processes work, but you are equally interested in how technology, data and better process design can make those processes faster, more reliable and scalable.

We expect that you:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.

• Bring at least 7 years of relevant experience within Finance, Finance Systems, ERP implementation, process improvement and/or business transformation.

• Have a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.

• Have hands-on experience with ERP systems, implementations, integrations and process optimization.

• Have experience working between Finance and IT in a business-facing role.

• Can translate business requirements into practical system and process solutions.

• Have proven project and stakeholder management experience and are comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Have experience designing, documenting and improving processes and governance models.

• Have a strong analytical mindset and can identify opportunities for automation, better controls and improved data quality.

• Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with relevant reporting and business process tools.

Rather than simply maintaining existing processes, you will have the mandate to improve them. You will help shape our Finance systems roadmap, build governance structures, create organizational knowledge and introduce solutions that reduce manual work and support future growth.

You will work at the intersection of Finance, technology, operations and transformation, giving you broad exposure across the organization and the opportunity to see the tangible impact of the improvements you implement.
