  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, GenAI, automation, analytics and digital technologies within Finance processes.

  • Work with EXL’s Data, Digital Engineering and AI specialists to develop Finance Transformation solutions.

  • Support the development of use cases and business cases for AI and automation within Finance.

  • Contribute to ERP and Finance technology transformation initiatives involving platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday and Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Help develop practical AI-enabled Finance solutions across areas such as reconciliation, financial close, FP&A, reporting, controls and management insights.

Go-to-Market & Proposition Development

  • Support the development of Finance Transformation and AI propositions for the UK market.

  • Contribute finance subject matter expertise to client proposals, RFPs and solution development.

  • Work with internal teams to develop compelling Finance Transformation solutions and client propositions.

  • Support workshops and client discussions to understand requirements and identify transformation opportunities.

  • Contribute to the development of reusable Finance Transformation methodologies, accelerators and solution assets.

Client Engagement

  • Work directly with client Finance and Transformation stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements.

  • Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions and solution discussions.

  • Develop clear transformation recommendations, roadmaps and presentations.

  • Communicate Finance Transformation concepts effectively to both Finance and Technology stakeholders.

  • Support the delivery of agreed transformation initiatives through to implementation.

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
