Your missions
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and promptly
- Verify billing data against received purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies in collaboration with business partners
- Monitor payment deadlines and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments
- Reconcile billing statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with various departments, including Recovery, Accounts, and Business Partners, to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services to ensure accurate billing
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of more efficient billing procedures
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding financial and customer information
Your profile
- Experience in billing or financial account management (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with generative AI tools
- Academic background: degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field is a plus
- English fluent. Spanish is a plus.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- You demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills
- You demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities and a professional approach to handling customer inquiries and issues
- You demonstrate strong communication skills

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
