Financial Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Sales Advisor to join a large, dynamic, and fast-paced office-based team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a results-driven individual with a strong background in financial services and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will manage a consistent flow of inbound financial enquiries generated through high-performing marketing channels. This role is well-suited to a candidate who thrives in a structured team environment, possesses excellent communication and organisation skills, and is focused on delivering commercially successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality Financial advice to prospective and existing clients via phone and email.
• Manage and progress applications in a compliant and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal platforms.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities in areas such as Mortgage, life insurance, pensions, and savings (training provided).
• Collaborate with internal administrative and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
