Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Quezon City with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Advisor will engage prospective and existing customers, assess their financial needs, and recommend suitable life insurance, protection, savings, and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, performing financial assessments, preparing and presenting proposals, and supporting customers in policy applications and servicing. The role also involves monitoring client portfolios, keeping track of market and product developments, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory and company standards. Financial Advisors will collaborate with team leaders, attend trainings, and participate in sales and customer engagement activities to achieve performance targets and deliver a high standard of customer care.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to analyze client situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Practical knowledge of Investments and Retirement Planning to help clients build long-term, goal-based financial strategies.
• Demonstrated experience or clear interest in Financial Advisory, including client consultation, needs analysis, and solution presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, explain complex concepts clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Goal-oriented mindset with resilience, integrity, and a commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including in-person meetings in Quezon City and productive work from home.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or licensing in financial services or insurance are an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales, banking, insurance, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
