Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Nelspruit, offered on a hybrid working model with some flexibility to work from home. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial needs and goals, develop tailored financial plans, and recommend suitable insurance, investment, and retirement solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial reviews, analyzing market and product information, preparing proposals, and maintaining ongoing client relationships through regular follow-ups. The role also involves staying informed about regulatory requirements, documenting advice and recommendations accurately, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and deliver suitable recommendations.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills to analyze products, markets, and portfolios.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Retirement Planning to design long-term strategies that support clients’ future income needs.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications in financial planning or advisory are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and accessible manner.
• Client-focused mindset, ethical judgment, and the ability to build long-term trust-based relationships.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with good time management, self-motivation, and proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of South African financial regulations, products, and market landscape will be beneficial.
