Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Clonee, offered on a hybrid basis, combining on-site work with some work from home. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze current financial positions, and develop tailored plans across pensions, retirement, and investment needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing independent financial advice, presenting suitable financial products, preparing reports and recommendations, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves ongoing client reviews, staying up to date with relevant regulations and market developments, and working closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, with the ability to deliver clear, client-focused recommendations.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Investments, including risk assessment and portfolio construction.
- Experience in Retirement Planning, particularly in pensions and superannuation schemes.
- Relevant professional qualification in financial services, wealth management, or a related discipline.
- Regulatory accreditation appropriate to providing financial advice in Ireland (e.g., QFA or equivalent), or working toward such accreditation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a consultative and ethical approach to client service.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities independently and within a team.
