Financial Advisor Assistant (FPC)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Financial Advisor Assistant to support our advisors in delivering a seamless client experience. This role plays a critical part in managing new business, ensuring regulatory compliance (FICA/FAIS) and supporting ongoing client relationships and reviews.

Key Focus Areas:

• Manage end-to-end new business processing and financial transactions
• Perform FICA, FAIS and compliance checks on client documentation
• Prepare client meeting packs, reports and coordinate advisor schedules
• Support and manage annual client review processes and follow-ups
• Act as a key liaison between clients and Financial Advisors
• Handle client queries, system updates and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Matric (essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of investments and life products
• Understanding of corporate and individual client environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Relevant industry qualification (advantageous)
