Your Team & Role

We are looking for a Financial Analysis & AI Support Trainee to join our ABS Finance FP&A team. In this role, you will support the operation and continuous improvement of AI-powered Financial Planning & Analysis solutions. You will act as a key contact for business users, assist with issue resolution, support forecasting and planning processes, and contribute to the successful adoption of financial systems and AI-driven tools in a dynamic international environment.

Your Impact

• Support the operation of AI-powered FP&A solutions and financial planning tools
• Serve as the first point of contact for business users regarding system and process-related inquiries
• Manage, investigate, and resolve user support tickets in a timely manner
• Escalate and coordinate complex issues with relevant support and development teams
• Assist stakeholders in the effective use of forecasting, budgeting, and planning applications
• Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems
• Monitor, track, and follow up on reported issues until resolution
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and system performance
• Collaborate with finance and technology teams on new projects and enhancements
• Maintain documentation of support processes, common issues, and resolutions

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Ongoing university studies in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of completed university semesters
• Availability for 20–25 hours per week
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good understanding of finance and financial planning processes
• Familiarity with SAP and financial applications is an advantage
• Interest in AI tools and digital finance solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
