Job Summary: In this Financial Analyst role, you'll work with stakeholders across the business to review and consolidate forecasts, ensuring the latest financial planning cascades across the business. You will need to develop close working relationships with key cross functional stakeholders to identify opportunities where analytics can be leveraged to benefit objectives. Your role is key in analyzing and interpreting results to enable the business to make informed strategic decisions with significant exposure to senior business leaders. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Director, you'll work together to ensure to meet tight deadlines, handle a demanding and fluctuating workload and at the same time provide accurate and reliable data. Key Areas of Accountability Prepare and distribute recurring sales, customer, product, and channel performance reports. Perform gross-to-net revenue analysis, including rebates, promotions, freight, pricing adjustments, and customer deductions. Analyze sales trends, customer profitability, product performance, and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities. Extract, validate, and consolidate data from ERP systems, BI tools, and other reporting platforms. Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards for business stakeholders. Support month-end and management reporting through data collection, analysis, and performance commentary. Monitor and report on rebate programs, promotions, and other commercial spending activities. Prepare analytical reports and presentations to support business reviews and decision-making. Identify reporting process improvements and support automation initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy. Document reporting procedures and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide analytical support to Finance Directors, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Perform ad hoc reporting, data requests, and special projects as needed. Travel approx. 25%. Education and Experience Requirements You will have legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. 5+ years of professional experience in finance required. Manufacturing environment experience required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Strong analytical capability and the curiosity to blend various data sets to develop valuable insights across categories or departments. You are considered to be a strong communicator, with the ability to combine your understanding of the financial process with persuasiveness and confidence. Proven track record of problem solving, contributing, and influencing across levels and functions - analyses, coordinates, executes and presents findings. Preferred Experiences Experience with JDE and Insight preferred. Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel analytical skillset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accurate and precise attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in fast paced environment.
