포지션 및 역할

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to help management make informed business decisions. The role involves preparing financial reports, conducting variance and trend analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive performance improvement.

Desired Outcomes

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, Flash, Monthly analysis report and long-range financial plans.
• Perform detailed variance and trend analysis on revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key cost drivers.
• Conduct costing and inventory analysis, reconcile inventory balances, and investigate significant variances or write-offs.
• Assist with cash flow and capex management.
• Monitoring accounting records to ensure overall P&L and BS according to company policies and estimation during closing
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and finance-related projects.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis

Requirements

• 전공: 상경계열 (비상경계열일 경우 AICPA, CPA, CMA 등 유관자격증 보유) *체계적인 Accounting Principle 보유한 자
• 경력: 5-6년 이상 (*FP&A 업무 최소 2년 full cycle 경험)
• 영어: Speaking/Writing Business Level (중국의 Shared Service Center 분들과 영어로 소통해야 합니다.)
• ERP (SAP) 사용 경험

고용조건

1. 시차 출퇴근제도, 재택근무 제도를 실시합니다. (*Internal Policy를 따르며, 담당 직무의 성격에 따라 부서장 책임 하에 조정 가능.)

2. 주 40시간 근무하고, 연차유급휴가는 근로기준법 기준에 따라 부여합니다.
