Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, including knowledge of core financial concepts and business drivers.
- Experience with Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Ability to interpret and analyze Financial Statements and prepare clear, structured Financial Reporting.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, financial models, and data analysis tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial or BI software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience in a technology or IT-focused environment is an advantage but not required.
