This is an ownership role, not a reporting role. You won't just produce numbers — you'll be the person management turns to when they need to understand, quickly and clearly, what's actually happening financially across the business. No one will hand you a finished template — you'll take a messy question ("why did margin drop in Germany last month?") and dig until you have an answer worth acting on.

The problem you're solving:

We operate multiple brands, markets, and entities, with data spread across payment processors, ad platforms, subscription systems, and internal tools. Your job is to turn that into numbers people trust — fast, accurate reporting and forecasting that helps the business make better decisions, not just record what already happened.

What you'll actually do:

• Identify relevant KPIs and work with Data Engineers to get them flowing automatically into our dashboards.
• Prepare monthly management reporting — P&L analysis, cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and cash generation across products, brands, markets, and entities.
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decisions.
• Track actual performance against budget and forecast, and dig into the variances that matter.
• Analyze unit economics — CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback periods, refunds, chargebacks, payment processing costs — and make sure the Data Team's automated reports capture them properly.
• Partner with marketing to analyze ad spend, acquisition performance, and marketing profitability, helping them make smarter traffic decisions.
• Analyze subscription and e-commerce performance — recurring revenue, retention, churn, cohorts, AOV, product margins.
• Support cash flow planning and short- and medium-term liquidity forecasting.
• Jump into ad hoc analysis for management — investment decisions, new product launches, pricing, business cases.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, transaction services, audit, consulting, accounting, or similar.
• Strong grasp of financial statements, management accounting, budgeting, and financial modelling.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Sharp analytical mindset — you can turn a pile of messy data into a clear conclusion and a recommendation.
• Comfortable pulling data from multiple systems and spotting what doesn't add up.
• Commercial mindset — you care about why something happened, not just what happened.
• High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Able to work independently and own recurring reporting and analytical projects end to end.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
  
  

Bonus points:

• Experience with subscription businesses, mobile apps, SaaS, DTC e-commerce, or performance marketing.
• Experience analyzing Meta, Google, TikTok, or other paid acquisition channels.
• SQL, BI tools, or financial reporting/dashboarding platforms.
• Experience with payment processors — refunds, chargebacks, processing fees, settlement reconciliation.
• Experience in an international or multi-entity business.

Financial Remuneration
The salary range for this position is 2500 EUR to 4600 EUR Gross per month (the salary may vary, according to your experience and qualifications).
