Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our global finance team on a contract basis. This hybrid role manages daily treasury operations and cash flow forecasting while overseeing vendor contracts, renewals, and internal procurement workflows.

Key Responsibilities

* Own daily cash positioning, perform bank reconciliations, and update short- and long-term cash flow forecasting models.

* Track vendor contract renewals, terminations, and commitments while coordinating cross-functional approval workflows across Legal, Accounting, and Department Heads.

* Extract, validate, and reconcile financial data using Oracle NetSuite and advanced Excel models.

* Streamline cash tracking sheets and reporting workflows to minimize manual data entry and errors.

Key Qualifications

* 1 to 3+ years in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Accounts Payable, or Procurement roles.

* Direct hands-on experience working with Oracle NetSuite.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including financial modeling, formulas, and process automation.

* Fluent English in both written and spoken communication to collaborate daily with global stakeholders.

* Prior experience operating within multinational and multi-currency corporate setups.
