Financial Analyst / Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) / Financial Modelling

Role Description This remote Financial Analyst / FP&A / Financial Modelling role focuses on supporting data-driven decision making and strategic planning for the business. The individual will build and maintain financial models, analyze cash flow and operational data, and prepare forecasts and budgets aligned with growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting financial statements, preparing management reports, and providing insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability. The role also involves collaborating with operational and leadership teams to evaluate business scenarios, improve financial processes, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Financial Planning skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Advanced Analytical Skills and ability to interpret Financial Statements to support data-driven recommendations.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting practices, including management reports, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business operations within a scaling or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
