Financial Analyst, FP&A

We're looking for an FP&A Financial Analyst to build the models and reporting leadership uses to plan and make decisions, in a role with real visibility to senior management in the DC area.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain budget, forecast, and long-range planning models
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and budget-to-actual variance analysis
• Partner with department leaders on headcount and spend planning
• Develop KPI dashboards and ad hoc financial analysis
• Support board and leadership presentations

What you bring

• BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with an ERP and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Nice to have: Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar planning software

Compensation

$80,000 to $110,000 base, depending on experience. Hybrid in Bethesda, MD. No security clearance required.
