Overview

This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in office) with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

This position is within the Treasury Operations area, specifically within the Financial Network Solutions Group. This position will support the technical and strategic business initiatives within the Financial Network Solutions Group in establishing and maintaining a global centralized banking network with emphasis on utilization of our own bank whist driving efficiency with our banking partners. The candidate will proactively partner with internal parties, including but not limited to Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Legal to support the different functional goals and assist in financial reporting and analysis for FINS. Will provide daily support for assigned systems, products, or business units. Identifies potential improvements to current procedures, plans, and controls to achieve financial objectives. Generates analysis reports, or other documentation as needed.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
  • Business Support - Provides support to management, associates, and other key groups via analysis output and financial expertise. Coordinates information and process updates across systems. May prepare documentation, presentations, or other materials for business purposes.
  • Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, company trends, and financial processes. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. Assists with other internal reporting projects as directed.
  • Maximization efforts - Tracks performance across assigned systems, products, or business units, and identifies issues limiting potential gains. Recommends workflow changes to achieve financial goals or minimize financial impact.
  • Support cash management change regarding cash flows and enhance reporting and metrics.
  • Account transaction analysis to drive change
    • Understanding and support of bank account structure for the organization
    • Bank account set up within the various system infrastructure
    • Bank fee, bank account and project metrics reporting
    • KYC Refresh, Vendor management and Third Party Oversight management
    • Liaise with bank representatives to open and close bank accounts
    • Implement and maintain full range of banking services (i.e. lockbox, positive pay, ACH, Direct Debit etc.)
    • Assist with the creation and submission of general ledger account maintenance requests for new, closed and changed bank accounts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 1 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 5 years' experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Analytics
  • 2 years financial experience within the Treasury Banking Operations function preferred
  • Understanding of financial instruments, bank accounts, or other financial industry/banking experience
  • Strong Organization and reporting experience with high attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced excel
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and support positive change.
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple levels and functions

Additional Information

If hired in NJ, the base pay for this position is generally between $79,800 and $106,400. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
