What You'll Do As a Tardus Wealth Coach, you'll serve as a trusted guide, helping clients confidently implement our proven system and stay accountable to their goals. You'll: Coach clients through the Income Snowball™ System Six Pillars of Wealth™. Conduct engaging coaching sessions that educate, encourage, and inspire action. Help clients overcome obstacles, celebrate progress, and stay committed to their financial goals. Build long-term client relationships that lead to exceptional results and high renewal rates. Follow established coaching systems while continually developing your own skills. Our Six Pillars of Wealth™ include: Pillar 1: the Income Snowball™ Pillar 2: Risk Alignment Pillar 3: Investment Criteria Pillar 4: Due Diligence Pillar 5: Contingency Planning Pillar 6: Team Alignment Comprehensive training is provided on our coaching framework and systems.
