We are looking for a sharp, autonomous, and market-savvy Growth Operator to own our content engine and outbound growth pipeline. You aren't just a writer; you live and breathe the financial markets, understand complex trading products, and know how to turn market data into highly engaging social media content.

1. They actually understand trading: You don't want a generic writer who just Googles stuff. They need to know how the markets work, how to read charts, and what different trading products actually mean, so they can write about it intelligently every day.

2. They can make simple Reels/Shorts: They don't need to be a Hollywood film editor. They just need to know how to take a video, trim it down, add some clean captions, and make it look good enough for TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter.

3. They know how to write for social media: They should know how to write deep, smart posts for LinkedIn that make your brand look like an expert, and punchy, catchy tweets that get people clicking.

4. They don't need hand-holding: You want someone you can just turn loose. They should be smart enough to look at the markets, figure out what's important today, and create the content without you having to check their work every five minutes.

5. They can sell and hunt for clients: This is huge—they need to be comfortable sliding into DMs or sending cold emails to find potential leads, talking to them, handling their questions, and actually closing the deal.
