What You’ll Do:

1. Lead Financial Planning and Budgeting – Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and review of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
2. Drive Budgetary Control and Cost Management – Monitor budget utilization, analyze financial variances, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend corrective actions to maintain financial discipline.
3. Evaluate Business Plans and Financial Projections – Review business plans, investment proposals, and financial assumptions to assess viability, profitability, risks, and potential returns.
4. Oversee P&L and Business Performance – Monitor revenue, operating expenses, margins, and profitability; identify performance gaps and recommend strategies to improve financial results.
5. Lead Financial Analysis and Forecasting – Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasts to evaluate business opportunities and support strategic and operational decisions.
6. Prepare and Present Management Reports – Consolidate and present financial performance, budget reviews, and actionable business insights to the Head of Finance and senior management.
7. Provide Strategic Financial Business Partnership – Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to guide financial decisions, optimize resource allocation, strengthen financial accountability, and support business growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA qualification is an advantage.
• At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial controlling, or business finance.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong background in budget preparation, business plan evaluation, financial forecasting, and P&L management.
• Experience presenting financial performance and business insights to senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/financial reporting systems.
