What you will do: Analyze, interpret, and prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual reporting for assigned entities, including performance controlling and KPIs Create reports that help senior leadership understand company financials and business performance Generate, coordinate, analyze, and interpret operational and financial reports Conduct forecasts, budgets, forecast revisions, and variance analyses Design and implement accounting workflow procedures to ensure proper documentation and booking of accounting documents Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as professional standards Establish and maintain financial controls together with accounting teams and external service providers Perform statutory vs. IFRS reconciliations and reporting Support the setup and implementation of automation tools and process improvements Prepare ad-hoc and recurring financial analyses, reports, and presentations related to the company’s financial activities Support management in commercial and financial matters and contribute to sound decision-making Assist in the preparation and analysis of transfer pricing files Monitor the company’s cash-flow position Communicate with banks and stakeholders regarding financial guarantees and reporting requirements Stay informed about developments in the energy and gas markets to support business opportunities and profitability Support additional finance-related tasks delegated by the Finance Director What you bring & who you are: 7+ years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting, ideally in an international business environment Strong knowledge and practical experience in IFRS Good understanding of business activities and financial processes Analytical mindset with affinity for numbers, reporting, and presentation of results Proficient MS Office skills, particularly Excel, as well as SAP knowledge Ideally, experience with Business Central, Navision, or Tagetik Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong communication skills Ability to explain financial information in clear business language to different stakeholders University degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance Ideally, ACCA certification and/or experience within a Big 4 environment About the team: You will join a collaborative and international finance team that values open communication, reliability, and continuous improvement.
