As a Finance Co-ordinator , you might get the chance to Support the review of complex debt cases, helping progress enforcement activity where fees remain unpaid. Investigate invoice issues and disputes, using your knowledge of CQC's fees scheme to find solutions and improve processes. The role You'll work closely with others to deliver shared outcomes. In this role, you'll: Support billing processes: Help deliver monthly billing activities, complete reconciliations, review invoice requests and support direct debit collections. Manage debt recovery activity: Monitor customer accounts, identify overdue payments, support payment plans and work with colleagues to help collect outstanding fees. Resolve financial queries: Respond to customer enquiries, investigate billing issues and provide clear advice on fees, policies and payment processes. Show us We will be looking for specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form: Experience handling customer queries by phone and email, including explaining information clearly and resolving issues. Experience organising and prioritising a varied workload, meeting deadlines and working independently when needed. Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word to manage information, maintain records and support financial or administrative processes. Studying towards an accounting or finance qualification would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Compliance This is a secondment/fixed term opportunity.
