As a Fraud FCC Oversight Officer, you will play a key role in identifying emerging fraud trends, assessing vulnerabilities, and strengthening DLL's fraud risk framework to minimize losses and safeguard our business. Working closely with colleagues across the globe, you will provide oversight and guidance to the international Financial Economic Crime (FEC) and Fraud network, helping ensure a consistent and effective approach to fraud prevention and detection. Making a difference Provide second-line oversight of internal and external fraud risks across DLL, advise senior management and relevant committees, oversee FCC activities across the global compliance network, and drive key fraud-related business change. Lead the design and ongoing development of DLL’s approach to Internal Fraud Management, building on applicable standards, policies, and regulatory expectations. Translate regulatory, policy, and fraud-risk requirements into practical business operations, systems, tooling, processes, and controls that support DLL’s strategic objectives. Identify gaps in current fraud-related processes and procedures and help implement new ways of working, technology, processes, and controls to prevent and detect fraud while minimizing customer impact. Help develop the fraud strategy, ensure effective second-line oversight is in place, and contribute to the vision, strategy, and operating plan of the wider FCC team. Drive RCF analysis and support improvements to DLL’s external and internal fraud framework. Use fraud data, analytics, trend analysis, and developments in AI to identify emerging risks, strengthen oversight, and support data-driven decision-making. Act as a strong sparring partner for stakeholders and senior leadership, using knowledge of business processes, relevant laws and regulations, and fraud strategies to help minimize potential losses. Serve as a subject matter expert on fraud risk, controls, legislation, industry standards, current trends, and downstream developments in the fraud area. Support compliance and audit-related tasks on fraud and build fraud knowledge across DLL through ongoing engagement, training, and communication of relevant investigation outcomes. Conduct monitoring and investigation into fraud and suspected fraud cases, including deep-dive reviews of larger high-impact cases or current fraud trends, and provide teams with support and expertise in managing cases to closure. As Fraud FCC Oversight Officer you are part of the Group Financial Crime Compliance department. With you Customer focus, complex problem solving, partnership and proactivity are clearly essential for the role of Global FEC Oversight Officer. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below: University degree (e.g., Law, Forensics, Criminology); Extensive knowledge on AML/CTF Regulations (ACAMS preferred); Consultancy skills, delivery power, business change and data analysis and program management skills; At least 7-year experience in Financial Crime Compliance (or related fields) with demonstrable experience in CDD, AML, CTF, sanctions and/or fraud; Experience within the Financial Services industry; Team player and self-starter; Hands-on mentality; Passion for compliance and eager to learn; Strong communication skills in English; Experienced in working within an international context; You are a strong partner for our stakeholders, with knowledge of both the business processes and the relevant laws and regulations in relation to Fraud; You have a background in banking (vendor finance banking is a bonus, but not essential) who has a strong understanding of working in a regulatory environment whilst understanding the needs and scope of business development; You have working experience in business change combined with in-depth knowledge of the FCC themes; You have a strong understanding of business and can be responsible for understanding all fraud cases for the company and fraud risk activities.
