Program Manager – KYC / CDD & Regulatory Change

📍 Central London | Hybrid Working

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and regulatory change initiatives within a leading financial services environment.

This role will involve overseeing complex, cross-functional programmes across Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk and Front Office teams, driving transformation across client onboarding and customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of KYC, AML, CDD and client onboarding transformation programmes.
• Manage multiple workstreams across business and technology teams, ensuring effective delivery of compliance and workflow solutions.
• Coordinate regulatory change initiatives covering AML, sanctions, FATCA, CRS and wider financial crime requirements.
• Drive business process redesign, remediation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Manage programme scope, milestones, dependencies, budgets, RAID logs and delivery governance.
• Prepare project reporting and steering committee updates for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee requirements gathering, backlog prioritisation, UAT, release planning and implementation.
• Coordinate global teams across Compliance, Operations, Technology, Legal and Risk.
• Support data remediation, workflow automation and improvements to operational controls.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering KYC, AML, CDD or regulatory change programmes within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of client onboarding, financial crime compliance and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technology delivery teams within Agile or hybrid environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical functions.
• Strong programme governance, planning, reporting and delivery management capabilities.
• Experience delivering complex business transformation initiatives within large enterprise environments.

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with onboarding and workflow platforms such as Fenergo, Appian, Pega or Salesforce.
• Investment banking or global markets experience.
• Regulatory remediation, audit-driven programmes or data governance initiatives.
• Workflow automation and operational process improvement.
• Managing distributed international teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
