Role Overview Join a dynamic team as a Finance Data Analyst, where you'll dive deep into payment data to uncover trends and insights that drive business growth. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, working with advanced BI tools and contributing to the financial analytics landscape in a scaling fintech company. Key Responsibilities Analyze payment data to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights. Perform reconciliation of financial transactions across internal systems, payment processors, and banking partners. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical metrics for business and finance stakeholders. Requirements 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, or financial services analytics. Strong understanding of payment processing lifecycle, reconciliation, settlement, and financial operations. Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Languages: English, Russian.
