Job Title Financial Economic Crimes FLM & Reporting Senior Analyst Job Description Description: The main activity of the Financial Economic Crimes FLM & Reporting Senior Analyst is to actively work with other FEC teams in order to identify new opportunities for process improvement, proposing solutions and automation based on data analysis. Create, develop and maintain robots, management reports, controls, metrics, efficiency indicators, automations and Power BI reports (dashboard). Leader in preparing management and statistical reports. Main activities: Interact with all FEC areas in order to identify new opportunities for process improvement, model solutions seeking to implement and propose solutions and automation based on data analysis; Create, develop, structure and maintain management robots, reports, controls, metrics, efficiency indicators, automations and Power BI reports (dashboard); Actively work on refining dashboards that intuitively show metrics, controls, KPIs to the FEC stakeholders, including senior management; Prepare and distribute management and statistical reports to the relevant stakeholders in the Region, based on their data and controls. Main Requirements: Proactive behavior. Results/task orientated with excellent attention to detail; Capable to perform root cause analysis with a problem-solving approach; Excellent communications skills at all organizational levels, in Portuguese and English. Fluency will be a plus; Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously; Organization to deal with high volume of data and demands.
