🔎 We are looking for a Financial Markets Analyst - Documentation, Matching and Drafting

📝 MAIN TASKS

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for various financial products, including swaps, forwards, options and hybrid strategies.
• Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure accuracy and consistency before sending documentation to clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Maintain effective working relationships with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations teams globally.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in incoming confirmations.
• Manage client litigation, affirmation and confirmation requests.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Notify clients of post-trade events.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of trade bookings against confirmations and term sheets.

• Financial products knowledge
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in French and English (B2+)
