Financial Operations Specialist – Payroll Service Center

Job Description:

• Tier 1 Payroll support for inquiries raised by associates, internal departments such as Benefits and P&O, and outside agencies primarily via email and telephone calls.

• Escalate tier 2 inquiries to appropriate payroll functions

• Adhere to all Service Level Agreements providing responses or escalations within 2 business days max.

• Provide payroll reporting required for audits, subpoenas, and other requests

• Responsible for paystub and live pay check delivery distribution

• Log inquiries into the case management tool used in Payroll, CRM.

• Continuous process evaluation and implementation of process improvement efforts relating to the Payroll Service Center and/or other Payroll functions.

• Create and update work instruction documentation for PSC processes.

• Compliance to all internal ICE (Internal Control Excellence) controls.

• Tier 2 Timekeeping Audits

• Banking Reports

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
