The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a qualified subcontractor vendor or firm for an upcoming project: 2026-15 Submission Round #3 - Independent Contractors for Texas Curriculum Management Program Cooperative. The selected firm must provide the organizational capability, personnel, evidence, pricing, and delivery controls needed to support this project.
Core Responsibilities
Role-specific tasks
- Review the controlling solicitation for 2026-15 Submission Round #3 - Independent Contractors for Texas Curriculum Management Program Cooperative and confirm the subcontracted workshare FuntoNetwork may name in a response.
- Provide licensing, insurance, bonding, financial-capacity, staffing, past-performance, and required responsibility evidence for proposal diligence.
- Supply itemized pricing, assumptions, schedule inputs, key personnel, references, and implementation approach before the FuntoNetwork response deadline.
- Accept applicable prime-contract flow-downs, buyer approval requirements, reporting obligations, confidentiality terms, and quality controls if awarded.
General project responsibilities
- Review the project requirements and relevant updates before starting assigned work.
- Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and handoffs with FuntoNetwork and the client team.
- Keep work records current, report progress, and raise risks or blockers promptly.
Firm Capabilities / Eligibility & Client Compliance
- Eligibility owner: an authorized business representative who can bind the subcontractor, answer buyer due-diligence questions, and confirm availability for 2026-15 Submission Round #3 - Independent Contractors for Texas Curriculum Management Program Cooperative.
- Client compliance focus: the subcontractor must satisfy every buyer-stated qualification, responsibility, insurance, confidentiality, data handling, staffing, reporting, and prime-contract flow-down requirement for the assigned workshare.
- License/certification evidence: current business registration plus any solicitation-named license, permit, certification, manufacturer authorization, professional credential, insurance certificate, bonding/surety evidence, or vendor-responsibility document.

- Confirm staffing capacity, availability, proposed workshare, delivery approach, dependencies, and exclusions for this project.
- Provide applicable client-required licenses, certifications, insurance, security, and compliance evidence; identify any pending requirements.
- Submit an itemized quote with currency, pricing basis (hourly, fixed fee, or milestone), assumptions, expenses, taxes, and support terms.
