Role Description The Financial Planner is a full-time role responsible for helping clients design and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with their life goals. Based in Makati in a hybrid setup, this role involves a mix of on-site client meetings and team collaboration, as well as some work-from-home tasks such as portfolio reviews and report preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients’ financial situations, explaining insurance and investment options, creating retirement and protection strategies, and monitoring plans to ensure they remain aligned with changing needs. The Financial Planner will also provide ongoing education to clients, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards. Collaboration with internal teams to refine solutions and participate in sales or financial wellness initiatives is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning to design holistic strategies for clients.
- Background in Finance and Retirement Planning to analyze financial products, manage risks, and support long-term wealth and income goals.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or progress toward certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language and build long-term client relationships.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and client confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is advantageous; prior experience in financial advisory, insurance, or banking is a plus.
