담당 업무
1. Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support business strategy and operational objectives.
2. Deliver monthly financial performance analysis, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year, with actionable insights for management.
3. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and other business functions to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision-making.
4. Prepare and present monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and executive presentations for local and regional leadership.
5. Drive profitability analysis by product, customer, business unit, and channel, identifying opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimization.
6. Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate new investments, pricing strategies, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend initiatives to improve business performance.
8. Support month-end closing activities by collaborating with the Accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
9. Lead ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects requested by senior management.

자격 요건 & 우대사항
Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance within multinational companies.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into business recommendations.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and financial planning tools (Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, TM1, Adaptive Planning, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
