Financial Planning Analyst(Remote)

FP&A SPECIALIST | REMOTE

🌍 Work for a Dubai-Based Healthcare Company, From the Comfort of Your Home, This role will be employed under Takamul Dubai, a subsidiary of Fakeeh Health - Dubai, supporting the group's healthcare and business operations.

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Specialist to join our offshore finance team, supporting a Dubai-based healthcare organization.

If you have a strong accounting foundation and enjoy turning financial and operational data into meaningful business insights, we would like to hear from you.

Who we're looking for

✅ CA / ACCA, part-qualified or fully qualified

✅ Articleship / training from PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, or Crowe

✅ Minimum 3 years of post-articleship experience

✅ Post-articleship healthcare experience is mandatory

✅ SAP Experience is preferred.

✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

✅ Strong Power BI and data visualization capabilities

✅ Experience preparing monthly financial and management reports

✅ Strong analytical, financial modelling and report-writing skills

✅ Ability to use AI tools for financial analysis, reporting, research and productivity

Key Responsibilities

• Annual budgeting, forecasting and periodic reforecasting
• Monthly management and financial performance reporting
• Budget vs. actual, trend and variance analysis
• Revenue, cost, profitability and operational performance analysis
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Preparation of management dashboards and executive-level reports
• Variable compensation, incentive and revenue-share calculations
• Analysis of performance across business units, departments, locations and service lines
• Development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards
• Identification of financial trends, risks and performance improvement opportunities
• Translation of complex financial data into clear management insights
• Use of AI and automation tools to improve finance analytics and reporting
