The Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytical, and able to translate complex financial information into clear insights that support strategic and operational decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, scenarios, and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and business objectives.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and performance presentations.
• Identify key revenue, cost, margin, and profitability drivers.
• Provide management with actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance and operational priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and develop meaningful financial and operational performance metrics.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate significant deviations from plan.
• Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic business cases.
• Analyze investment opportunities, business initiatives, pricing decisions, and cost structures.
• Improve forecasting accuracy through data analysis, financial modeling, and business collaboration.
• Maintain and enhance FP&A models, reporting processes, and planning tools.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information.
• Support month-end reporting and provide analysis of financial results.
• Present financial findings clearly to senior stakeholders and non-finance teams.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and standardization across FP&A activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management accounting, corporate finance, or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel, financial planning systems, ERP platforms, BI tools, or reporting systems.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect financial results with business performance.
• Ability to build clear financial models and communicate complex analysis effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international and distributed teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.
• Professional certifications are not required unless specifically relevant.
