Venture Recruitment Partners is delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised FMCG brand to recruit an FP&A Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As a key member of the finance team, you'll be at the centre of strategic decision-making, partnering with senior leaders across Commercial, Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive performance, influence investment decisions and shape the future direction of the business.

The Opportunity

Joining a high-performing and collaborative finance function, you'll take ownership of the planning, forecasting and performance management process, providing the insight and challenge needed to help the business achieve its ambitious growth objectives.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to identify risks, uncover opportunities and ensure decisions are driven by robust financial analysis and commercial understanding.

This is an opportunity to have a real voice within the business, partnering with influential leaders and contributing to decisions that directly impact growth, profitability and investment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across the business.
• Delivering insightful analysis that brings financial performance to life and supports strategic decision-making.
• Partnering with Commercial, Sales and Marketing teams to understand key performance drivers and improve profitability.
• Developing financial models and scenario analysis to support investment decisions, growth initiatives and business strategy.
• Identifying risks and opportunities within forecasts and providing recommendations for action.
• Producing meaningful management reporting and executive-level presentations.
• Supporting business cases for new products, promotions, customer opportunities and capital investments.
• Driving continuous improvement across planning, reporting and FP&A processes.
• Influencing and challenging senior stakeholders to improve decision-making and business performance.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and translating numbers into compelling business insight.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Previous experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering roles.
• FMCG, consumer products, retail or manufacturing sector experience.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capability.
• A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial conversations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
• A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge constructively.
