Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst

What You Can Expect You will help drive financial planning and forecasting for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow across the company. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build accurate models and deliver actionable insights. You will shape strategic decisions that directly impact business performance and growth. About the Team Our Corporate FP&A team delivers company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. We work collaboratively with Accounting and business partners to ensure accuracy and alignment. We exist to provide the financial insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Supporting the b uilding and maintaining of annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders Monitoring performance against forecasts and providing variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities Delivering financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trends Developing long-range financial plans that align with strategic business objectives and growth targets Evaluating and improving forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to increase accuracy, scalability, and automation What We're Looking For Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related corporate finance roles Apply advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides Analyze data using SQL or similar advanced analytical tools Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both written and verbal Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Bring FP&A experience from the software or technology industry Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $76,800.00 Maximum: $186,200.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
