Financial Project Manager

Role Overview:

Location- Romania

Role Type- Contract ( Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Financial Project Manager to lead and coordinate Finance Integration activities related to M&A and business acquisitions across the EMEA region.

The role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration of acquired businesses into Stryker's finance processes, systems and reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance workstreams for M&A / post-acquisition integration projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate integration of acquired entities into existing finance processes, ERP systems and reporting structures.
• Manage financial data migration, reconciliation, master data and reporting integration.
• Support integration of systems such as SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards.
• Coordinate Finance UAT, testing, cutover and go-live activities.
• Drive standardisation of finance processes including R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A and financial reporting.
• Support alignment of internal controls, SOX and finance governance requirements.
• Manage cross-functional and international stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues and integration dependencies.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Finance Project Management, Finance Transformation or M&A Integration.
• Proven experience delivering post-merger / acquisition finance integration projects.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP / financial systems, preferably SAP, Oracle or JDE.
• Experience with financial data migration, reporting and reconciliation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with international / EMEA teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Experience in a global / multinational organisation.
• Finance Transformation or ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with SOX / internal controls.
• Experience in MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences or another regulated environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
