Description Description Our market leading Financial Regulation Advisory team facilitate a coordinated and cutting-edge approach to regulatory risk management and compliance. We are ranked within Chambers Band 1 for our expertise in financial services regulatory advice and investigations. We work holistically with other practice groups across the firm to provide bespoke solutions to client needs. In particular, we work side by side with our Regulatory Investigations Group and our M&A Group, who are the market leaders on both domestic and international transactions. We provide market-leading, client-centred and commercially driven advice on all aspects of Irish and EU financial services regulation. Our clients include leading Irish and international banks, investment firms and intermediaries, non-bank lenders, e-money and payment institutions, FinTechs, asset managers, depositaries and fund administrators. Requirements We welcome applications from individuals at various stages of their careers, from newly qualified solicitors up to 3 years PQE. Ideally, candidates will demonstrate: Experience in Irish / EU financial regulation A strong desire to build expertise in the financial services regulatory area.
