Financial Reporting Analyst | Hybrid

Location: BGC, Taguig

• Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Work Setup: Hybrid | Onsite once a week

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in Finance and Accounting
• Experience working in a Big Four accounting firm (PwC, EY/SGV, Deloitte, or KPMG)
• Knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial reporting
• Experience in income statement variance analysis and management reporting
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and basic formulas
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Analyze financial variances and identify key business performance drivers
• Investigate financial discrepancies and support process improvements
• Assist in preparing quarterly earnings reports, board presentations, and regulatory filings
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and external auditors
