What You’ll Do Assist in developing and maintaining backend applications using Java under supervision. Be open to learning and working with different, new technologies and occasionally interacting with legacy systems. Gain hands-on practice in writing basic unit tests to promote engineering best practices. Participate in cross-functional team dynamics and continuous improvement initiatives. Study and understand the business rules of the financial market and specialized platforms (such as Calypso). What You Bring Currently pursuing a Technologist degree (from the 2nd semester onwards) OR a Bachelor's degree (from the 4th semester onwards) in IT-related fields. Demonstrated self-learning initiatives (online courses like Udemy, personal projects, GitHub repositories, or academic tutoring). Strong interest in learning Java and understanding the financial services market. Basic conceptual knowledge of Java. Familiarity with foundational software engineering principles (such as Clean Code or SOLID) is a plus. Active mindset to take initiative regarding your own learning path. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing scopes. Clear skills to collaborate within team environments.
