Role Description This part-time hybrid role for a Financial Services Representative at DOSFER SL is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The Financial Services Representative will support clients by assessing their financial needs, presenting suitable financial services and solutions, and assisting with retirement planning and long-term financial strategies. Daily activities include meeting with clients in person and virtually, explaining products and services, preparing basic financial plans, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, following compliance and regulatory guidelines, and providing ongoing client support and follow-up to ensure strong, long-term relationships.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Financial Services to understand products, regulations, and client needs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients build and manage long-term strategies.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Relevant experience in client-facing roles within banking, insurance, or wealth management is beneficial.
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and market practices in the United Arab Emirates is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for remote and hybrid work.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is advantageous.
