Support and enhance core financial processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage and optimize integration between NetSuite and third-party applications, ensuring accurate and reliable data flow across systems.
Lead data migration, validation, reconciliation, testing, and implementation activities related to system enhancements, acquisitions, and new deployments.
Provide post-go-live support, ongoing system maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite technical support, troubleshooting system issues, managing support requests, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and other business stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver scalable system solutions.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes within NSPB, including model administration, workflow management, data integrations, and user support.
Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, governance standards, and change management processes while delivering end-user training and regular status reporting.
