Finnish-speaking Technical Support

Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for candidates for a Finnish-speaking Technical Support role in Budapest with hybrid working setup.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the customers using your outstanding language skills
• Handle the incoming phone calls, emails or requests in chat
• Solve the requested IT-related issues of the customers
• Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Experience in IT support/Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support role
• Customer centered mindset and excellent communication skills
