Sprinkler Design Engineer (Part-Time / Freelance Remote)

BKP Teknik A/S is looking for an experienced Sprinkler Design Engineer to support our growing portfolio of fire protection projects in Denmark.

This position is ideal for a professional based in Portugal who would like to work remotely on a flexible part-time or freelance basis, with the possibility of increased workload over time.

About BKP Teknik

BKP Teknik is a Danish fire protection contractor specializing in sprinkler systems. We work with a wide range of projects including industrial facilities, logistics centers, residential buildings, commercial properties, and public buildings throughout Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Design and layout of sprinkler systems
• Preparation of sprinkler drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Hydraulic calculations
• Preparation of technical documentation and project material
• Coordination with our Danish project managers
• Optimization of sprinkler system designs
  

Requirements

• Experience with sprinkler system design
• Knowledge of EN 12845, NFPA, FM Global, or similar standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is an advantage)
• Experience performing hydraulic calculations
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
