Job Description About the Opportunity Personal Connect is recruiting a Firmware Engineer (Embedded Linux / SoC) on behalf of an innovative technology company operating at the intersection of embedded systems, hardware-software integration, and high-performance computing infrastructure. The company develops advanced software and firmware solutions for large-scale hardware deployments. Its technology combines software-based monitoring and automated operations with low-level firmware responsible for SoC and peripheral management, performance optimization, power and thermal control, and hardware reliability. This is a highly technical role focused on building and optimizing the low-level software that powers embedded hardware platforms. The successful candidate will take ownership of the complete firmware lifecycle, including driver development, hardware bring-up, firmware builds and releases, performance tuning, system services, and hardware adaptation within embedded Linux environments. The position is remote-friendly, with a preference for candidates based in Beijing who can occasionally support on-site hardware debugging and collaboration.
