Fitpass Account Manager

The mission

We are looking for a talented and passionate Fitpass Account Manager to join our Partners Sales Team. You will play a key role in growing our merchant network and building lasting relationships with partners. This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with customers, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and delivering a great partner experience.

What you’ll be Up to

• Present, promote, and sell the Up's/Fitpass collaboration to merchants.
• Establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with decision makers.
• Develop creative solutions based on merchants’ needs and problems.
• Cross-sell and upsell Fitpass to the Greek wellness market.

• Continue fine-tuning the Up/Fitpass experience: imagine and share ideas, and implement them!
• Identify opportunities for business development and provide an unrivaled merchant experience.
• Approach and contractualize potential venues and gyms to join our Fitpass merchant network.

The essentials

• Minimum 3 years of solid commercial experience in a B2B Sales role in the Services Sector.
• Customer-oriented way of thinking with proven ability to respond quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent working knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills, ability to “open doors”, and plan ahead.
• Valid driving license is required.

The nice-to-haves

• Experience in the sports, fitness or wellness industry.
• BSc in Business Administration.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, including Microsoft Dynamics.
