Hiring: Fleet Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Vendor who can manage fleet operations efficiently and contribute to the growth of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and onboard new fleets.
• Manage day-to-day fleet operations.
• Coordinate with drivers and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor fleet performance and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle operational issues and ensure timely solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing new fleets.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day fleet operations and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fleet-related tasks.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for overall fleet operations.

Experience: 1+ Year

Location: Remote (Full Time)

Salary: PKR 55,000/month
